The standard delivery window is typically 10-14 business days from when the order is placed, however most orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days.

Since all items may not always be shipped together, you may receive your order in several shipments. Orders will be delivered to your address. Orders are shipped via courier and cannot be shipped to a PO Box. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the order will be delivered to the nearest postal location. Some rewards may have a longer delivery time and this will be indicated in the item’s description.

Reward availability :
All items are subject to availability. If your item is not available, a similar item of equal value will be substituted whenever possible. If a substitution is not available, your points will be credited back to your account and you will be notified. Rewards are subject to change without notice. New rewards are added to the program on a regular basis.

Returns :
Redeemed rewards are not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit. If your reward arrives damaged, defective, has missing pieces or is the incorrect item, please contact Customer Service at 1-800-341-8083. Our hours of eperation are Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (ET).
